I rarely post about one single recipe, but this one demands it. It was quick. It was easy. It was healthy. It was soooo good. Check out maple glazed salmon!
We spent the rest of the evning playing Final Fantasy X (sooo close to beating it) and watching Joe Schmo 2. I laughed so hard when the whole thing with Eleanor went down. That was great.
