Things

Annoying Things
– Tivo deleted last week's ep of Veronica Mars before I got to watch it
– Ditto Grey's Anatomy
– Matt's been sick and I've been tired so the house is a mess and laundry is piling up
– Our beautiful weather (in the 60s) has turned bitter cold and snowy
– Discover Card (and all the other credit card companies) charge fees for their gift cards and assess penalties if the recipient doesn't use them within a year

Good Things
– Kind pirates have posted last week's Veronica Mars on Go Fish and I can see grey's on ABC's website.
– I did manage to at least get the dishes done last night and cart a whole bunch of boxes from the basement to the curb so the trash collectors could get them out of our house
– I found a top to wear to the company Christmas party that doesn't make me look like a whale
– I am just about ready to place an order for a whole lotta Christmas gifts on Amazon
– I cooked a very nice dinner last night and there are leftovers!
– there's a chance that this snow might give us a bit of humidity and I won't turn into one big scabEven Better Things
– my top for the Christmas party was on sale!
– after 5+ hours of work, all the photos are scanned for family archives and my grandma's memorial service
– I don't have to buy wrapping paper this year because we have a bunch from last year that didn't get used up
– I got to drink hot chocolate this morning … yum.
– even though I'm not sleeping that well right now, it's mostly because a little person is up all night kicking at me
– It's Wednesday, which means the weekend is drawing ever nearer

  1. Ani is right, there are way more good things.

I remember when the babies wouldn't let me sleep with all their moving around. My doctor explained that since we're active during the day, we rock them to sleep. Then at night, you're still and they do their gymnastics routine in your belly. That's why they're also awake at night as newborns. Isn't that cute?

  2. I am getting ready to place my big order with Amazon too. Ditto with Ani! Just wait until you see the little one roll from side to side and do a flip! Amazing stuff.
