We had a very nice and busy weekend. I was in the field all day Friday working on some file storage issues, so my Friday went very quickly. Friday evening, we went to dinner for my mom's birthday. We went to the Melting Pot in Louisville, CO. If you've never been to one before, I really do recommend them. My favorite bits are the cheese fondue appetizer and the chocolate dessert fondue…. mmmm. The atmosphere is nice as well; you're usually off on your own and you can talk easily. This particular Melting Pot was in a mine themed building (possibly a 70s remnant?) that they'd over-hauled. A very nice evening.Saturday the boys went Mountain biking and Holly and I re-painted her bedroom ceiling a lighter version of the walls, which made it feel loads bigger. I got to play with the baby loads too, which is always good fun. I'm always amazed how much he can change in just a few days.
Sat evening, we stayed in and my mom and sis watched X-2 with us … and then on Sunday we went to brunch with my family and then to see X-3. I really highly recommend this trilogy. It is most excellent.
Toss in a little Civ 4, a showing of Mansfield Park and a few errands and the weekend's gone again! 
Gosh I haven't been to a fondue place since high school.Love fondue. Although the one time I made it at home it was awful. I am blaming it on a poor recipe

Reading about the Malting Pot made my stomache growl. Seriously.
I went to the Melting Pot once–it was sooo awesome! I loved it! I haven't seen any of the X Men movie but heard the last one was terrible.
