Mornings


For the past week and a half, Matt and I have been getting up an hour early and going to the gym to get our workout in first thing. It's been very trying, but very worth it. We kept finding that so many times when we meant to get to the gym, something would come up or we'd get busy at work … or … This gets it out of the way before your day is even underway.

Of course, the downside is that the adjustment has made me vair tired.
