I've got a two-fer this Monday. Well, actually, I'm just making up for never getting around to posting a recipe for last week's meal.
I've added recipes for two meals we've recently cooked, one I talked about last Monday. The other is a very very very yummy Beef Stroganoff from the same cookbook, Volumetrics. Volumetrics is the “science” of feeling fuller on fewer calories and it's quite interesting. It doesn't deal specifically with fat or carbs or whatever and while I don't believe in dieting, they make some very nice recipes without too many calories which, I'm sure, we can all use.
Anyhoo, this Beef Stroganoff was as good as any I've had and I'm quite interested to try some more recipes.
Hey Jess, We've been substituting “Dreamfields Low Carb” pasta, with great success. Another way to take guilt out of good food.
