Moving Again

I was all set to cancel my account with Websitesource yesterday. But their cancel page had a “please contact us if you are having problems and we'll sort them out for you” sort of plea on it, so I sent them an email. I got this incredibly flippant response about them adding a new MySQL server NEXT WEEK. Oh yea. Cuz that worked soooo well the first time. What miiiiight have helped was a) a less flippant response to my difficulties getting ANY sort of service out of them and/or b) a credit to my account since they have been down WAAAY more than their guarantee of .1 % of the time. But no. Nothing. Just more useless babble from these people. So I am signing up for a new account. We'll see how this goes.
