Well it was a fairly typical summer weekend at our household – BUSY. Truly, if you saw my Google calendar, your jaw would probably drop. This weekend contained two pic-a-nics … one for my company and the other, a family reunion for my maternal grandma's family (most of whom live here in CO). We chatted. We ate. We sweated (in the 90s all weekend). We ate. We played games. We ate. You get the idea.
Today was our “day off.” As usual, we went on a hike. This time in Corwina Park. I'd never been there before, but we liked it very much. It was a beautiful hike, devoid of mountain bikers and horses with a babbling brook along the trail that lead to a great outlook. We tried out the backpack which worked great, even for sleeping. 
Then we completed our “day off” with errands and laundry.
Seems like a nice but I agree busy weekend. Cramming all the fun and errands we can't always get done during the week. Seriously a three day weekend should be a law.
Ms. Tabby is a busy baby! When she starts talking she's going to have soooooooo much to say!
It was so hot this weekend! We went biking on Saturday (Hi! We are those pesky mountain bikers…) and I forgot to put sunscreen on my back and got The Worst Sunburn of MY LIFE. Glad you guys are staying so busy !
